People like to externalise blame. The
classic 'It's not my fault, it's my (friends'/
drug addiction/work load etc.)' This
Project looked at how people like to label
their problems, to make excuses for faults
in their personality, until every action
they make is blamed on something else.
They want a quick fix, which is generally
not that easy to obtain, hence the fast
food reference of instant solutions. The
stickers are a reference to self help groups
the, 'Hello my name is' sticker, which
people use to identity themselves. When
introducing themselves they immediately
offer symptoms to explain their
behaviour/perceived failings.
